Michelle Applegate – DPT, ATC
Originally from Oregon, graduated from Oregon State University in 1992 with a BA / BS in Biology. From there, she landed in Hawaii where she received her Physical Therapy Assistant degree in 1994 and her Masters in KLS – Athletic Training in 2001. During that time, she had opportunity to work with various University of Hawaii athletic teams along side the sports medicine physicians for 3 years. Michelle received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2004 where she specialized in Manual Therapy. She has worked in the outpatient orthopedic and home health settings over the past 8 years. She has also volunteered her athletic training services at various local sporting events. Michelle looks forward to helping you exceed your expectations in achieving your goals in Physical Therapy.
